MK Lighter Return Policy

At MK Lighter, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

  • Returns must be pre-approved by MK Lighter before shipping the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact MK Lighter’s customer support. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned due to safety regulations, customization, or perishability, including:

  • Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases.

  • Custom or personalized items, such as special orders.

  • Perishable goods, including food, flowers, and plants.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement. To process your request, please provide:

  • A clear image of the defective or damaged item.

  • A description of the issue.
